Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and accurately stack building materials at job sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, drywall, or general cleanup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S methodology).
- Follow blueprints, safety protocols, and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and digging as directed.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to perform physical labor for 8+ hours a day, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
