Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, concrete, or other materials as directed.
- Dig trenches, foundations, or holes for utility lines and structures.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically demanding work requiring lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
