Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks at construction sites including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradespersons with site preparation and finishing work
- Follow precise instructions from site supervisors
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Atlanta metro
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- No experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged
- Valid driver's license preferred
