Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks such as digging, mixing concrete, or cleaning work areas.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment, such as shovels, brooms, and forklifts (after training).
- Ensure all job sites are clean, organized, and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
- Remove debris, dirt, and obstacles to maintain a safe working environment.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
