Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare building materials for use on-site.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, masonry, and electrical work.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic site measurements and assist with blueprint reading.
- Transport tools and materials between job sites as directed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We train all new hires!
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for long hours.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
