Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including framing, concrete pouring, and drywall installation.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and compressors (training provided).
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company protocols at all times.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials as directed by the project manager.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
