Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and project execution.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the work site.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and marking areas.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under strict supervision.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed at all times.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the work area.
- Assist in concrete pouring and framing activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
