Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials with precision and care.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks and project setups.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, shoveling, and lifting heavy objects.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
