Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, framing, and finishing
- Load/unload materials and operate basic equipment (saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA standards
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor in various weather conditions
- Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment drug screening
