Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear, clean, and prepare job sites by removing debris, rocks, and other obstacles.
- Manual Labor: Perform heavy lifting, digging, and carrying materials to designated areas.
- Equipment Assistance: Load and unload construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Punctual and dedicated worker with a history of attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate and follow instructions from site supervisors.
- Availability: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed.
- License: Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
