Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and setting forms.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Transport tools and materials between job sites as needed.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods (lifting, standing, climbing).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have valid work authorization.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
