Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, digging, and setting up scaffolding.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction tools and equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and pressure washers (training provided).
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe work area by removing debris and waste regularly.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various manual tasks as needed.
- Material Management: Organize and inventory materials to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Entry-level candidates are welcome; we provide full training.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Safety Focus: Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to take direction from supervisors.
- Work Ethic: Motivated to learn and grow within the construction industry.
