Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including framing, drywalling, and finishing.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper organization on-site.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the stamina to perform manual labor for long shifts.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
