Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing, excavating, and grading areas.
- Transport materials and tools to and from the work site.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, skid steers, and compressors.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure job site.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of tools and work areas.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required (Entry Level candidates welcome).
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy loads (50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and a strong commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
