Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment operation
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery under supervision
- Load/unload materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with concrete preparation, framing, and finishing tasks
- Report hazards or equipment issues to site supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and material calculations
- Drug-free and able to pass pre-employment screening
- Punctuality and consistent attendance required
