Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling under night shift protocols
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, excavators) with OSHA-certified proficiency
- Assist carpenters and masons with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Maintain strict safety compliance with PPE usage and hazard prevention
- Perform equipment maintenance and site cleanup between shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction phases
- Document daily progress and material usage via digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 10/30 Construction Safety certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and operate in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with power tools and construction measurement equipment
- Availability for 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM) with weekend flexibility
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Strong teamwork ethic with clear communication skills
