Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for task execution
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the workday
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for multi-site work)
