Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and debris from the site to designated storage areas.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks, including measuring, cutting, and preparing surfaces.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely under supervision.
- Perform routine site cleanup to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of temporary job site structures.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
