Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground according to blueprints.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and equipment to designated work areas safely.
- Trade Assistance: Help skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including mixing concrete, framing, roofing support, and general carpentry.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure and hazard-free job site.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision when necessary.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to learn new construction techniques and follow strict safety protocols.
- Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
