Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site preparation and cleanup operations.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, including forklifts and skid steers, safely and efficiently.
- Transport construction materials, tools, and supplies to and from the job site.
- Perform basic measurements, marking, and cutting under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas comply with OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Adhere to shift schedules, arriving 15 minutes early for daily safety briefings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
