Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as framing, concrete pouring, and light demolition.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment, including power drills, saws, and levels.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris, sorting materials, and organizing work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform digging, tamping, and general manual labor as directed by the site supervisor.
- Perform site inspections and report any safety hazards to the site manager immediately.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We are looking for hard workers who are eager to learn.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and climbing.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
