Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials and equipment.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of senior crew members.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure job site.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up scaffolding.
- Perform basic digging, troweling, and mixing of concrete as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- No prior construction experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
