Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and earthmoving operations for commercial foundations
- Install and remove construction site safety barriers and perimeter fencing
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and bulldozers during overnight shifts
- Assist in concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes for structural elements
- Maintain site cleanliness and debris management throughout shift operations
- Perform quality checks on materials and installations per project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow during night operations
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience in commercial environments
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to operate heavy machinery (excavator, bulldozer) with proper certifications
- Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Availability to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM) including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and precision in measurement and alignment tasks
- Experience with concrete pouring and finishing techniques preferred
