Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywalling, and painting.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools at job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations as required for projects.
- Transport materials between storage areas and work zones.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols and practices.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
