Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Assist skilled tradesmen with loading/unloading equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work site
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project instructions
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Assist with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards to site supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
