Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and levels, under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Prepare sites by clearing, digging, and leveling areas for foundations and structures.
- Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and measurements to assist with project layout.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Physically fit with the stamina to work in outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Experience in construction is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
