What You Will Do
As a vital member of our crew, you will support various phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to designated work areas.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions from foremen or project managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is highly desired.
