Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, excavators) with proper certification
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers)
- Inspect materials for quality compliance
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and reporting procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Class A CDL preferred for equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Willingness to travel between Ohio and PA sites
