Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA-certified precision
- Install/assemble structural components following blueprints and safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work zones and adhere to all safety regulations
- Collaborate with skilled trades teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Perform equipment maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts as needed
