Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with site preparation and material handling
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Perform clean-up duties and debris removal to ensure safety compliance
- Follow verbal instructions and adhere to all safety protocols
- Support team members on diverse tasks including digging, lifting, and assembly
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
