Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling under supervisor guidance
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Operate basic construction tools (hammers, saws, levels) after proper training
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Participate in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to meet project deadlines
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and site cleanup duties
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid on-the-job training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and safety guidelines
