Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery safely (bobcats, forklifts, etc.)
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class B CDL license (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong stamina for outdoor work in all weather
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass background check and drug screening
