Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, saws, shovels) and light equipment safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to ensure project timelines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Support team collaboration on diverse construction sites
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train on the job!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for on-site assignments
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
