Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout construction phases
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions accurately
- Load/unload materials and ensure proper storage at job sites
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal after daily operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including early mornings and weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
