Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment under supervision
- Prepare and clean construction sites according to safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradespersons with various construction activities
- Inspect and maintain tools/equipment for proper functionality
- Follow blueprints and project specifications precisely
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (provided)
