Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, demolition, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Support concrete pouring, scaffolding setup, and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Physical stamina to work in all weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be available for Saturday/Sunday shifts
