Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with framing, demolition, and finishing tasks as needed
- Report job site progress and issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide paid training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
