Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling

- Load/un construction materials and equipment with proper lifting techniques
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Support skilled trades with basic tasks like measuring, cutting, and assembling

- Adapt to daily tasks based on project priorities and weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
