Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, safe job sites by removing debris and following OSHA protocols
- Operate hand/power tools and machinery under supervision (training provided)
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Adhere to strict safety standards and report hazards immediately
- Support project timelines through efficient task completion
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
- No prior experience necessary – comprehensive training provided
