Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, masons, electricians) on construction sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Operate machinery like jackhammers, saws, and drills under supervision
- Complete daily tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Drug-free and able to pass background check
