Responsibilities
- Excavate, prepare, and clean construction sites using hand/power tools
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and concrete saws
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Install and remove temporary structures and safety barriers
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Blueprint reading and layout experience preferred
- Class B CDL a plus (not required)
