Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including fixtures, pipes, and water heaters
- Install plumbing equipment following NYC building codes and safety standards
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and leak detection services
- Provide accurate estimates and communicate with clients professionally
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of plumbing tools
- Document service reports using digital tools
- Collaborate with team members for efficient job completion
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional plumbing experience
- Valid NYC Plumber's License (Master or Journeyman)
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift 50+ lbs
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Experience with digital service reporting tools preferred
