Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and material handling at construction sites
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Contribute to daily progress reports and site inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification required (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
