Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Interpret blueprints and follow project specifications
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist skilled tradespeople with specialized tasks
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
