Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Construct and install concrete forms, scaffolding, and temporary structures
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, etc.) with precision
- Read and interpret blueprints, safety protocols, and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environments
- Collaborate with skilled trades teams (carpenters, electricians, etc.)
- Conduct quality checks and report project progress to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and tight schedules
- Basic math skills for material estimation and measurements
