Responsibilities
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow blueprints and safety protocols for all tasks
- Perform cleanup duties and waste management at job sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to meet project deadlines
- Report equipment issues and maintain tool functionality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for measurement and material estimation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Team-oriented with clear communication skills
