Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and light machinery under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work sites
- Read blueprints and project plans for task execution
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and material transport
- Assist in equipment maintenance and daily site inspections

Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
