Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled trades with layout, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout construction phases
- Operate power tools and machinery (training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
