Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with excavation, demolition, and site preparation
- Safely operate hand tools and power equipment (training provided)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Perform material handling and basic construction tasks
- Participate in team projects to meet construction deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in all weather
- Willingness to complete OSHA safety certification (company-provided)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Oklahoma City
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
