Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, cleanup, and project-specific tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or related physical work experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
